The operational stage area of the 9th Armee included the area of Foscani, Galatz, Buzeu, when the demobilized Romanian reservists, etc., entered the occupied area.

Issued Mar 1918 and measuring 140 x 90mm. The design is the same as the domestic P107 postcard where the word "Postkarte" (measuring 23mm) is inscribed directly above the vertical diving line. The stamp is a GERMANIA 10Pf pre-printed stamp overprinted "Gultig | 9. Armee" in a rectangle in black ink.

The stamp is a GERMANIA 10Pf pre-printed stamp overprinted "Gultig | 9. Armee" in a rectangle in black ink.
